Job description
Join Doctolib’s Patient Marketing team as an Assistant Social Media Manager B2C (intern). You are passionate about social media and want to work in a company engaged in the healthcare sector.
Your missions
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Community moderation: manage interactions across our channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Trustpilot and app stores), including moderating comments and private messages.
- Performance reporting: help collect, analyze and interpret data from our social media campaigns to evaluate impact, monitor KPIs and continuously improve content.
- Content production: participate in creating engaging content for our patient-facing channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and create visuals, short videos and posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, communications) and external creators.
Required qualities

- Student in communication, marketing, design or equivalent, with a specialization in digital or social media.
- Some experience in community management or content production is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in English.
- Familiar with social platforms (Meta, TikTok), planning tools (e.g. Asana, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) and creation tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Creative, proactive and rigorous in execution.
- Interest in the healthcare sector is a plus.

- Work mode: hybrid (3 days on site)
- Compensation: to be defined according to profile
