Job description

Doctolib is looking for an Inside Sales Partner to join the team. As an Inside Sales Partner, you will be part of a team of professionals committed to simplifying the work of healthcare staff through our solutions and improving access to healthcare for everyone.
In this role you will be the first point of contact between Doctolib and medical specialists and you will follow the entire sales cycle for Doctolib's services.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
  • Prospecting: Contact medical specialists by phone, email and other channels to generate new opportunities at scale and qualify leads with regular follow-ups to keep the pipeline progressing.
  • Demo and conversion: Run online demos focusing on the benefits most relevant to the specialist's practice and handle questions and objections to guide the prospect to a quick decision.
  • Closing and handover: Present the offer and drive negotiations to signature with a short sales cycle, and ensure timely handover to the onboarding team for a smooth start.
  • Pipeline and KPIs: Update the CRM and monitor KPIs (activity, conversion rate, win rate, average time to close) to continuously improve performance.
