Our Inside Sales team plays a central role: we help our existing customers (doctors and practice teams) fully exploit the potential of Doctolib and offer them solutions that create real value and measurable impact.

Your responsibilities
- You will be responsible for actively selling our Doctolib telephone assistant to existing customers, including structured and proactive outreach.
- You will conduct targeted, empathetic and efficient conversations: understand needs, identify challenges and present relevant solutions.
- You will manage the entire sales cycle independently – from first contact through consultation, proposal creation and objection handling to successful closing.
- You will work in a highly structured and KPI-oriented way: track your pipeline, measure progress, use feedback actively and continuously develop.
- You will document your activities and results in Salesforce and directly contribute to our revenue growth.
- You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing and other teams to holistically optimize the customer experience.

What you bring
- Enthusiasm for telephone sales and proactive customer outreach – ideally experience in upsell or cross-sell.
- High intrinsic motivation: you are goal-oriented, like to measure yourself against KPIs and remain ambitious even on challenging days.
- Strong communication skills combined with high empathy: you can build trust and convey complex information clearly.
- Structured and independent working style: you keep an overview of pipeline, priorities and processes.
- Willingness to learn and openness to feedback – you want to improve every day.
- Native-level German and good English skills.
- Interest in digital innovations in healthcare.
Especially interesting for us
- Initial experience in inside sales, telesales or active account management of existing customers is a plus – career changers are welcome if they bring drive and eagerness to learn.
- Completed degree or comparable qualification.

Interview process
- 1. Initial conversation with our Talent Partner (30 min): get to know Doctolib and receive an overview of the role and our culture.
- 2. Technical interview with a Team Lead (45 min): deepen your experience, demonstrate your sales skills and ask questions about team dynamics and working methods.
- 3. Personal meet-up in the office: meet your future team, gain insights into our daily work and experience the Doctolib atmosphere.
- 4. Reference check: we will request at least one reference at the end for transparency on both sides.
