Job description

Reporting to the HR Operations and Experience Manager, you will be a key member of the People Operations & Experience team. You will combine administrative rigor, an affinity for tools and a strong service mindset toward employees, helping make Doctolib a smooth, human and high-quality workplace.

Responsibilities

1. Personnel administration
  • Manage the administrative employee lifecycle: draft contracts and amendments, manage probation periods, track absences and leaves, final settlements, etc.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of employee data in Workday (HRIS), guaranteeing reliability and compliance of information.
  • Contribute to the production and validation of regulatory HR reporting (legal indicators, social reports, etc.).
2. Employee support and experience
  • Act as a local HR contact to answer employee questions about policies, benefits and internal procedures (leave, health insurance, organization, etc.).
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new hires beyond initial onboarding to ensure cultural and operational integration.
  • Support employees during key life events (return from parental leave, return after long illness, workplace adjustments, etc.).
  • Work with HRBPs to provide close, quality support and help identify early warning signs (stress, disengagement) during employee exchanges.
  • Collect and structure employee feedback from the field on HR policies and processes to support continuous improvement.
3. Tools and process improvement
  • Identify and report issues, pain points and opportunities for improvement in HR tools and processes, in coordination with the Global HR Ops Efficiency Manager.
  • Actively participate in implementing and optimizing operational processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Propose automations or simplifications for low-value tasks.
  • Contribute to updating and enriching internal documentation bases to facilitate access to information for employees and HR teams.

Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labor Law or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in operational HR management and/or personnel administration, ideally in a transforming or high-growth environment.
  • Technical skills:
    • Proficient with an HRIS (ideally Workday).
    • Comfortable with collaborative tools (Confluence, Google Workspace, etc.).
    • Good knowledge of French labor law.
    • Familiarity or first experience with AI tools is a plus.
  • Behavioral skills:
    • Service and listening mindset: committed to providing the best possible employee experience.
    • Rigor and reliability in administrative management.
    • Curiosity and interest in digital tools and process improvement.
    • Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
    • Team spirit and collaboration, notably with HRBPs and payroll.
