Job description

Reporting line : You will report to the HR Operations and Experience Manager and be a key member of the People Operations & Experience team. You combine administrative rigor, an appetite for tools and a strong service orientation to deliver a smooth, human and high-quality working environment at Doctolib.
Main responsibilities
1. Personnel administration
  • Manage the administrative life cycle of employees: drafting contracts and amendments, probation period management, tracking absences and leave, end-of-service settlements, etc.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of employee data in Workday (HRIS), guaranteeing data reliability and compliance.
  • Contribute to the production and validation of HR regulatory reports (statutory indicators, social reports, etc.).
2. Employee support and experience
  • Act as a local HR contact to answer employees’ questions about policies, benefits and internal procedures (leave, health insurance, organisation, etc.).
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new hires beyond initial onboarding to ensure cultural and operational integration.
  • Support employees during key life events (return from parental leave, return after long-term illness, workstation adjustments, etc.).
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to provide close, qualitative support and help detect early warning signs (stress, disengagement) during exchanges with employees.
  • Collect and structure field feedback from employees on HR policies and processes to feed continuous improvement.
3. Tools and process improvement
  • Identify and report malfunctions, pain points and improvement opportunities in HR tools and processes, in collaboration with the Global HR Ops Efficiency Manager.
  • Actively participate in implementing and optimising operational processes with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Propose automation or simplification of low-value tasks.
  • Contribute to updating and enriching internal documentation to ease access to information for employees and HR teams.

Required qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labor Law or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in operational HR and/or personnel administration, ideally in a transforming or high-growth environment.
  • Technical skills:
    • Proficient with an HRIS (ideally Workday).
    • Comfortable with collaborative tools (Confluence, Google Workspace, etc.).
    • Good knowledge of French labor law.
    • Familiarity or first experience with AI tools is a plus.
  • Behavioural skills:
    • Service and listening orientation: you are committed to offering the best possible experience to employees.
    • Rigor and reliability in administrative management.
    • Curiosity and appetite for digital tools and process improvement.
    • Ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment.
    • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
    • Team spirit and collaboration, especially with HRBPs and payroll teams.
