Then we have the perfect challenge for you! We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive (x/f/m) for our Nuremberg location in full-time. In this role, you will be a key driver of our growth in Germany and play a crucial role in inspiring doctors about Doctolib.

Your responsibilities – How you shape the future with us

  • Independent sales: You manage the entire sales process – from the first contact to successful closing.
  • Revenue & growth: You are responsible for revenue (MRR) and growth in your region.
  • Customer-centered consulting: You analyze doctors' needs, understand their challenges, and inspire them with our digital solution.
  • Data-driven success measurement: You regularly track your performance with Salesforce and use data for targeted sales strategies.

Your success recipe at Doctolib

  • Sales is your world: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales (ideally in field sales and B2B).
  • Proactive and acquisition skills: You excel with excellent acquisition and pitching skills.
  • Energy & conviction: You have high energy levels, sell with passion, and convince with a confident and professional demeanor.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You are results-oriented, highly organized, and stay focused even in challenging situations.
  • Top-level communication: You can express yourself very well verbally and in writing in German (C1 level or higher).
  • Flexibility & mobility: You have a class B driving license and are ready to be onsite with customers.
