Job description

Doctolib is looking for a Field Sales Partner to join the team and develop commercial activities in the western Veneto area (Verona, Vicenza, Padua).
As a Field Sales Partner, you will be part of a team of professionals working in the field to simplify the lives of healthcare staff and improve patients' access to care through our solutions.
In this role you will be the first point of contact between Doctolib and local physicians and you will manage the full sales cycle for Doctolib services.

Responsibilities

You will specifically be responsible for:
  • Prospecting: Contact doctors in your area (cold calls, emails and in-person visits) to generate new opportunities in a scalable way.
  • Qualify leads and manage regular follow-ups to continuously advance the sales pipeline.
  • Appointments, demos and conversion: Visit medical practices and conduct demos focusing on the most relevant benefits for their practice.
  • Handle questions and objections, guiding prospects to a quick decision.
  • Closing and handover: Present the offer and bring negotiations to signature with a short sales cycle.
  • Act as the reference point for the doctor during product installation and initial training.
  • Ensure a timely handover to the onboarding team for a smooth start.
  • Pipeline and KPIs: Update the CRM and monitor KPIs (activity, conversion rate, win rate, average time to close) to constantly improve performance.
Throughout all sales steps you will collect feedback from colleagues and customers, share best practices and contribute to the success of Doctolib in Italy.

  • You have about 2-5 years of sales/new business experience with field activities.
  • You are results-oriented, understand KPIs and are committed to meeting and exceeding targets, motivated by a competitive uncapped bonus.
  • You are proactive and organized.
  • You have high energy and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You hold a driving license and are available to travel within the assigned area.
  • You have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
It would be great if you also have a strong interest in or experience in healthcare.
