Job description

Doctolib is looking for a Field Sales Partner to join the team and develop commercial activities in Rome.
As a Field Sales Partner, you will be part of a team of professionals working in the field to simplify the lives of healthcare staff and patients’ access to care through our solutions.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact between Doctolib and local physicians and you will manage the full sales cycle for the services offered by Doctolib.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
Prospecting:
  • Contacting physicians in your area (cold calls, emails and in-person visits) to generate new opportunities at scale
  • Qualifying leads and managing structured follow-ups to continuously advance the pipeline
Appointments, demos and conversion:
  • Visiting general practitioners’ practices and conducting demos, focusing on the benefits most relevant to the practice
  • Handling questions and objections, guiding prospects to a quick decision
Closing and handover:
  • Presenting offers and driving negotiations to signature, with a short sales cycle
  • Being the point of contact for the physician during product installation and initial training
  • Ensuring a timely handover to the onboarding team for a smooth start
Pipeline and KPIs:
  • Updating the CRM and monitoring KPIs (activities, conversion rate, win rate, average time to close) to continuously improve performance
Throughout the sales steps you will collect feedback from both colleagues and customers. Sharing best practices and suggestions to improve Sales team activities will be important to contribute to Doctolib’s success in Italy.

  • You have around 2–5 years of experience in sales/new business with field activity
  • You are strongly results-oriented: you understand KPIs and are committed to achieving and exceeding targets, motivated by a competitive uncapped bonus
  • You are proactive and well organized
  • You have high energy and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You hold a valid driving license and are available to travel within the assigned area
  • You have excellent interpersonal communication skills
It would be great if:
  • You have experience or a strong interest in healthcare
  • You have a good level of English
