What youll do

About our tech environment
  • Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to the country and healthcare specialty requirements. To address these challenges, we are modularizing our platform run in a distributed architecture through reusable components.

You will be both a technical leader and a people manager, coaching and training your team members while building an amazing engineering organization at Doctolib. In this role, you will:
  • Lead a high performing collaborative team of 5+ members to ensure business objectives are met as a team
  • Partner with talent & people teams to recruit, develop and retain talent
  • Build, lead, and empower a user centric team, that delivers best in class internal and external user satisfaction
  • Together with your product partner, define a mission, vision for your team and align on a clear roadmap to make it happen.
  • Be the end-to-end owner of the teams production, quality, and delivery while having positive team engagement scores
  • Set standards and exceed security, reliability, performance and scalability requirements that are needed to continue to be the most trusted e-health SaaS
  • Drive continuous process improvements for managing, documenting, staffing, and reviewing engineering projects and services
  • Participate in architecture reviews to ensure that the solution delivered by your team meets Doctolib quality standards.

Who you are

Before you read on, if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.
  • You have at least 6+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of management experience
  • You have experience scaling and leading a technical organization (5+ members), while implementing best-in-class methodologies
  • You have strong technical skills and experience working on complex and scalable systems, especially AI (LLM/ML) based products.
  • You are an effective communicator with the ability to translate company goals into team objectives
  • You think critically and objectively; with a solutions oriented approach while adapting to the most efficient technologies
