Job description
Join our mission, join Doctolib! As a Customer Onboarding Manager (Healthcare) at Doctolib you are responsible for the successful deployment of our digital solutions with our customers — from medical practices to hospitals and clinics. You act as consultant, application specialist, change manager and project manager in one. You will lead projects independently, guide customers through the full onboarding process — from kick-off to adoption of our digital solutions — and help digitize healthcare in Germany.
Your responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Take over projects after handover from the Sales Manager and manage planning, coordination and implementation of the entire customer onboarding process
- Serve as the main point of contact for the customer throughout project delivery and coordinate with other Doctolib teams
- Lead the kick-off and the technical and organizational analysis phase; configure all relevant settings in our digital solutions and coordinate data export/import
- Train customer staff (key users & end users) and support Go-Live remotely or in a hybrid format
- Continuously document project progress and hand over the project to the Performance Team in a structured way after completion
Your profile
- Initial experience in project management or customer consulting, ideally in healthcare, B2B or software environments
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to take responsibility as main contact for diverse stakeholders
- Structured, independent working style and a high level of solution orientation
- Routine use of GenAI tools
- Willingness to travel to on-site appointments with customers in the greater Munich area and beyond
- Very good German and good English skills
Nice to have
- Experience in change management or in the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Enthusiasm for digital products and healthcare
