Job description
Become part of our mission — become part of Doctolib! As a Customer Onboarding Manager (Healthcare) at Doctolib you are responsible for the successful deployment of our digital solutions with our customers — from medical practices to hospitals and clinics. You are the heart of each project: consultant, application specialist, change manager and project manager all in one. You will lead projects independently, guide customers through the entire onboarding process — from kick-off to adoption of our digital solutions — and through your commitment help to digitalize healthcare in Germany.
Your responsibilities
- You take over projects after handover from the Sales Manager and are responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the entire onboarding process at the customer site
- You act as the main point of contact for the customer throughout project implementation and as the link to other Doctolib teams
- You are responsible for the kick-off as well as the technical and organizational analysis phase. You configure all relevant settings in our digital solutions and coordinate data export and import
- You train customer staff (key users & end users) and support Go-Live remotely or in a hybrid setup
- You continuously document project progress and hand over the project in a structured way to the Performance Team after completion

To join our team, you bring:
- Initial experience in project management or customer consulting, ideally in healthcare, B2B, or software environments
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of taking responsibility as the main contact person for various stakeholders
- Structured, independent working style and a high level of solution orientation
- Routine use of GenAI tools
- Willingness to travel for onsite appointments with customers in the greater Munich area and beyond
- Very good German and good English skills
Additionally interesting for us:
- Experience in change management or in the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Enthusiasm for digital products and healthcare
