Job description
For our growing team in Berlin we are looking for a Senior Content Manager / Content Strategist B2B Marketing (x/f/m) who will drive our ambitious growth goals with strategic thinking, creative storytelling and data-driven approaches.
You will develop multichannel content strategies that engage and convert — from the first idea through measurable performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring Doctolib's mission to life across all touchpoints.
Your responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Content strategy for B2B prospect marketing: develop a multichannel content strategy to reach growth targets, from audience definition to channel selection.
- Design strategic content frameworks for digital and print touchpoints (healthcare media, social media, flyers, ebooks, whitepapers, newsletters, website, webinars) and oversee execution.
- Create high-quality marketing materials for print and digital (concept & copy) tailored to medical specialties, target audiences and all stages of the buyer journey.
- Ensure cross-format consistency in tone of voice, structure and messaging.
- Establish efficient publishing workflows and use AI tools as part of daily work.
- Tracking, performance & optimization: build tracking and performance setups for content activities, define relevant KPIs and analyse data using common performance tools (analytics, marketing automation, etc.).
- Conduct content audits, identify optimization opportunities based on performance data and implement improvements independently.
- Stakeholder management: collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, PR and Customer Experience; coordinate internal design teams, freelancers and external agencies; align with internal and external stakeholders.

To join our team, you bring the following:
- A degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field — or equivalent professional training.
- At least four years of practical experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies in B2B.
- Experience managing multiple projects in parallel and driving them to success.
- Confident user of WordPress and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media and email metrics).
- German: C2; English: C1.
Particularly relevant experience:
- Experience in a scale-up.
- Experience in SaaS / tech companies.
- Strong project management experience.
- Knowledge of the German healthcare system.
- Familiarity with design tools: WordPress, Canva, Figma, Braze.

Interview process
The interview steps include:
- Interview with your Business Recruiter.
- Interview with the Head of Content & Brand B2B.
- Case study with the Head of Content & Brand B2B and a peer.
- Final interview with the B2B Marketing Director.
- At least one reference check.
Job Details
- Permanent employment (Festanstellung).
- Full-time or part-time (80%).
- Location: Berlin.
- Start: Immediately.
- Hybrid (2 days remote per week).
