Job description
As a Technical Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact supporting healthcare professionals on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer support: respond to calls and emails from healthcare professionals to resolve technical questions about our products
- Diagnosis and resolution: analyze issues (patient management software, calendar, teleconsultation, e-prescription, etc.) and provide adapted solutions
- Follow-up: track requests and ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction
- Product expertise: become a reference contact for clients by mastering our solutions

Working hours: 38 hours per week in rotation (8:00-16:30, 9:00-17:30 and 10:00-18:30).

Recruitment process
The recruitment process includes:
- First step: a phone interview with Clara, Talent Acquisition, to discuss your professional project and skills
- Second step: an on-site interview in Nantes lasting about 2.5 hours including a first discussion with a team leader, a "day in the life" with an advisor, and a final meeting with a manager

Position eligible for hybrid format (2 days in office and 3 days remote)

Compensation: 27,000 per year (fixed + variable included)
