Job description
Your role
The Business Developer team is the first point of contact for the doctor - You will be part of a team of professionals committed on the ground to simplify, through our solutions, the life of healthcare staff and to improve access to healthcare for all!
The role's purpose is to follow the entire sales cycle of services offered by Doctolib to Italian doctors, following these steps:
- Prospecting: You will start by contacting doctors to get as many appointments as possible.
- Meeting: You will plan and manage online meetings with healthcare professionals to present Doctolib and the Booking Management System service (our online agenda).
- Closing: You will listen to and gather the doctor's needs and present our offer, with the aim of bringing them on board Doctolib.
During all sales steps, you will be able to collect feedback from both your peers and clients. It will be important to share best practices and suggestions to improve Sales team activities and contribute to Doctolib's success in Italy.

To join our team you need:
- 1-2 years of remote sales experience and passion for the sales role
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Energy, determination, ambition
- Teamwork skills with monthly targets
- Focus on professional growth through day-by-day learning
- Technological aptitude and interest in innovation in the healthcare sector
It would be ideal if you also have:
- Experience in the healthcare field
- Proficiency in English
