Job description

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for making contact in the field with practitioners in your area and offering them Doctolib solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Field prospecting: securing appointments with healthcare professionals directly at their workplace
  • Sales: listening to and understanding practitioners' needs to convince them to adopt Doctolib solutions (optimizing practice management, gaining visibility, medical time and comfort)
  • Product training: training health professionals on our solutions within their practice
  • Reporting: using the Salesforce CRM to plan your routes and keep administrative client follow-up up to date

You could be the next member of our team if you:
  • Already have experience in field prospecting, particularly door-to-door
  • Are passionate about sales and motivated by challenges
  • Are autonomous and able to manage a complete sales cycle (A to Z)
  • Have excellent oral and written communication
  • Hold a business school degree, sales training or equivalent university qualification (IUT/BTS/Commerce degree)

Recruitment process

  • Interview with a recruiter: A conversation to learn about your background, motivations and assess the match between your skills and our needs.
  • Meeting with our Managers: An assessment of your skills through practical exercises and an introduction to our team and mission.
  • Conversation with our Senior Managers: A deeper discussion of your application including a simulated appointment booking to help you project into the role.
  • Team immersion: A half-day alongside a Business Developer to experience Doctolib from the inside and envision your future role.
