Your missions
Health is one of the most precious things we have. However, caregivers sometimes lack time and means to carry out their mission.
At Doctolib, we want to improve their daily lives with effective and innovative services. Our technologies help reduce administrative tasks to free up medical time, better care for their patients, gain visibility, and develop their activity.
As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for contacting practitioners in your area in person and offering them Doctolib solutions. Your daily tasks will include:
  • Field prospecting: booking appointments with healthcare professionals directly at their workplace;
  • Sales: listening and understanding practitioners’ needs to convince them to adopt Doctolib solutions (optimize practice management, gain visibility, medical time, and comfort);
  • Product training: providing training to healthcare professionals on our solutions within their practices;
  • Reporting: using Salesforce CRM to plan rounds and keep client administrative follow-up up to date.

You could be the next member of our team if:
  • You have experience in field prospecting
  • You are passionate about sales and motivated by challenges
  • You are autonomous and can manage a complete sales cycle (A to Z)
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • You hold a diploma from a business school, sales training, or equivalent university degree (IUT/BTS/Commercial License)

Recruitment process
  • Interview with a recruiter: a discussion to discover your background, motivations, and assess the match of your skills with our needs.
  • Meeting with our Managers: exploration of your skills through concrete situations and presentation of our team and mission.
  • Discussion with our Senior Managers: deeper assessment of your application including a simulation of appointment scheduling to project yourself into the role.
  • Immersion in our team: half-day with a Business Developer to experience Doctolib firsthand and project yourself into the role.
