Your missions
Health is one of the most precious things we have. Caregivers sometimes lack the time and means to fulfill their mission.
At Doctolib, we want to improve their daily lives with effective and innovative services. Our technologies help them reduce administrative tasks to free up medical time, better treat their patients, gain visibility and develop their activity.
As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for contacting practitioners in your area in person and offering them Doctolib solutions. Your daily tasks will be:
  • Field prospecting: getting appointments with healthcare professionals directly at their workplace;
  • Sales: listening to and understanding practitioners' needs to convince them to adopt Doctolib solutions (optimize practice management, gain visibility, medical time and comfort);
  • Product training: training healthcare professionals on our solutions within their practice;
  • Reporting: using the Salesforce CRM to plan tours and keep administrative client follow-up up to date.
Qualities expected for this job

  • You have previous experience in field prospecting;
  • You are passionate about sales and motivated by challenges;
  • You are autonomous and know how to manage a complete sales cycle (A to Z);
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • You hold a degree from a business school, a sales training or equivalent university degree (IUT/ BTS/ Commercial license).
It would be great if also:
  • You look for a job that has meaning. Yours: to facilitate access to healthcare;
  • You have an appetite for the digital world;
  • You have already used a CRM.

Recruitment process
  • Interview with a recruiter: A discussion to discover your background, your motivations and evaluate the fit of your skills with our needs.
  • Meeting with our Managers: Exploring your skills through concrete situations and presenting our team and mission.
  • Exchange with our Senior Managers: Deepening your application including an appointment scheduling simulation to project yourself in the role.
  • Immersion in our team: Half a day alongside a Business Developer to live the Doctolib experience from the inside and project yourself in your future role.
