As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for contacting practitioners in your area in person and offering Doctolib solutions. Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Field prospecting: securing appointments with healthcare professionals at their workplace
- Sales: listening to and understanding practitioners' needs to convince them to adopt Doctolib solutions (optimize practice management, gain visibility, save medical time, and improve comfort)
- Product training: training healthcare professionals on our solutions at their practice
- Reporting: using the Salesforce CRM to plan your rounds and keep administrative client records up to date

You could become the next member of our team if you:
- Have experience in field prospecting, particularly door-to-door sales
- Are passionate about sales and motivated by challenges
- Are autonomous and can manage a complete sales cycle (A to Z)
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Hold a degree from a business school, sales training, or equivalent university qualification (IUT/ BTS/ Bachelor's in commerce)
It would be a plus if you:

- Have previously used a CRM

Recruitment process
- Interview with a recruiter: a conversation to learn about your background, motivations, and fit for the role
- Meeting with our Managers: assessment of your skills through practical exercises and presentation of our team and mission
- Conversation with Senior Managers: deeper discussion including a simulation of scheduling an appointment to project yourself into the role
- Team immersion: a half-day alongside a Business Developer to experience Doctolib from the inside
