Job description

Doctolib is looking for an intern to support its initiatives around improving HR processes and tools.
The scope of the People System and Performance team as follows:
  • Excellence in HR processes, continuous improvement and performance
  • HR information systems (Workday, People Doc...)
  • HR Compliance, audit and certifications
  • Data analytics and reporting
Your missions
Your mission will be to contribute to the implementation of the People Roadmap within the People Systems and Performance project team. Reporting directly to the HRIS Project Manager, you will work closely with the HR teams of France, Germany, and Italy.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Continuous improvement of HR processes, in collaboration with business leaders, to increase the efficiency of People teams and provide a better service and experience to our employees and managers.
    • Contribute to process review and identify areas for improvement, support implementation in our HR information system (Workday)
    • Participate in the change request process (agile method), analyze requests, formalize, plan, and follow up
    • Support and propose improvements for ongoing activities within the team
  • Participate in various HR projects covering the entire business scope (Employee Lifecycle, Absence, time tracking, compensation & Benefits, Talent …) to deliver the digital People roadmap.
    • Support teams in defining and formalizing business needs
    • Participate in monitoring various projects of the People roadmap (governance, preparation of steering committees...)
    • Propose initiatives related to digital, HR, automation, AI (documentation/benchmarks/prompts...)
    • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of HR data governance
    • Perform ad hoc data analyses

Recruitment process

  • Video interview with our Talent Partner (30 minutes)
  • Video interview with our project manager and our head of People Systems and Performance (1 hour)

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Compensation: To be defined according to the level of education
