Sales is your passion and you like to be close to customers in the field? Then we are looking for a committed Account Executive full-time who will be responsible for the Kassel area and wants to shape the future of digital healthcare with us.

Your tasks

You manage the entire sales path from first contact to contract conclusion.
You are significantly responsible for our revenue (MRR), activities and thus for the growth of your region.
You independently acquire doctors and act as a concept consultant to analyze, understand and thus create real added value with our product based on their needs and challenges.
You regularly track your sales reporting and forecasting via Salesforce to measure your success.

You could become our next team member if:
  • You have at least 3 years of sales / field service experience, ideally for solutions in the B2B sector
  • You shine with excellent hunting and pitching skills
  • You have a high energy level, enjoy selling and convince with confident, positive and professional appearance
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are result-oriented and possess high organizational skills
  • You have very good communication skills (written and spoken German at least C1 level)
  • You have a class B driving license
Especially interesting for us are also:
  • You have gained first experience in the healthcare or e-health sector

The interview process

  1. Interview with our Talent Team (remote - 45 minutes)
  2. Interview with the hiring manager and team lead from the department (remote - 60 minutes)
  3. DoctoDay - spend a day with your future team and get a first insight into the job as an Account Executive
  4. At least one reference check
