We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive (x/f/m) for our Nuremberg location in full-time. In this role, you will be a central driver of our growth in Germany and play a key role in exciting doctors about Doctolib.
Your Responsibilities – How You Shape the Future with Us
  • Independent Sales: You manage the entire sales process – from first contact to successful closing.
  • Revenue & Growth: You are responsible for revenue (MRR) and growth in your region.
  • Customer-Centric Consulting: You analyze the needs of doctors, understand their challenges, and excite them with our digital solution.
  • Data-Driven Performance Measurement: You regularly track your performance with Salesforce and use data for targeted sales strategy.
Your Success Recipe at Doctolib
  • Sales is your world: You have at least 2-3 years of sales experience (ideally in field sales and B2B).
  • Proactive and Acquisition Skills: You excel in acquisition and pitching skills.
  • Energy & Conviction: You have high energy levels, sell with passion, and convince with your confident and professional demeanor.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are results-oriented, highly organized, and maintain focus even during challenges.
  • Communication at a top level: You can express yourself very well orally and in writing in German (C1 level or higher).
  • Flexibility & Mobility: You hold a Class B driving license and are willing to be on-site with customers.
