Job description
Your role: The account executive team is the first point of contact for healthcare facilities (polyclinics, medical centers, healthcare entrepreneurs). You will be part of a team of professionals working in the field to simplify the life of healthcare staff through our solutions and improve access to healthcare for everyone!
Your mission will be to oversee the entire sales cycle for the services offered by Doctolib to healthcare facilities, following these steps:
- Prospecting: You will start by contacting the facilities aiming to get as many appointments as possible.
- Meeting: You will plan and manage online meetings with healthcare professionals to present Doctolib.
- Closing: You will listen and gather the needs of the facilities and present our offer, aiming to onboard them to Doctolib.
During all sales steps, you will collect feedback from both your peers and clients to share best practices and suggestions to improve the Sales team activities and contribute to Doctolib's success in Italy.

- Experience in a commercial role in a SaaS/tech company or complex product sales of at least 3-4 years.
- Master's degree.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

- Technological attitude and interest in innovation in the healthcare sector.
Ideally, you also have:
- Experience in the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in English.

Selection process:
- Interview with the recruiter.

Position details:
- Salary range: 55,000-60,000 EUR (fixed + uncapped bonus).
- Location: Via Vittor Pisani, 19, Milan.
- Full-time - Unlimited contract.
- Hybrid work: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote.
