We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive (x/f/m) for our Munich location in full-time. In this role, you are a key driver of our growth in Germany and play a decisive role in exciting doctors about Doctolib.
Your tasks – shape the future with us
  • Independent sales: You accompany the entire sales process – from the first contact to successful completion
  • Revenue & growth: You are responsible for revenue (MRR) and growth in your region
  • Customer-centric consulting: You analyze doctors' needs, understand their challenges, and excite them with our digital solution
  • Data-driven success measurement: You regularly track your performance with Salesforce and use data for targeted sales strategy
What you bring – your recipe for success at Doctolib
  • Sales is your world: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales (ideally in field sales and B2B area)
  • Proactivity & acquisition: You shine with excellent acquisition and pitching skills
  • Energy & persuasion: You have a high energy level, sell with passion, and convince with your confident and professional appearance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You are results-oriented, highly organized, and maintain focus even in challenging situations
  • Top-level communication: You can express yourself very well orally and in writing in German (C1 level or higher)
  • Flexibility & mobility: You have a class B driver's license and are willing to be on-site with customers
