We are looking for a committed Account Executive (x/f/m) for our Düsseldorf location on a full-time basis. In this role, you are a key driver of our growth in Germany and play a crucial role in exciting doctors about Doctolib.
Your tasks – How you shape the future with us:
  • Independent sales: You accompany the entire sales process – from first contact to successful closing
  • Revenue & growth: You are responsible for revenue (MRR) and growth in your region
  • Customer-centric consulting: You analyze doctors' needs, understand their challenges, and inspire them with our digital solution
  • Data-driven success measurement: You regularly track your performance with Salesforce and use data for targeted sales strategy
Your success recipe at Doctolib:
  • Sales is your world: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales (ideally in field sales and B2B area)
  • Proactive and acquisition skills: You shine with excellent acquisition and pitching skills
  • Energy & conviction: You have a high energy level, sell with passion, and convince with your confident and professional demeanor
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You are result-oriented, highly organized, and maintain focus even in challenging situations
  • Top-level communication: You can express yourself very well orally and in writing in German (C1 level or higher)
  • Flexibility & mobility: You have a class B driver's license and are willing to be on-site with customers

The interview process:
  1. Interview with our Talent Team (remote - 25 minutes)
  2. Interview with the Hiring Manager and Team lead from the department (remote - 60 minutes)
  3. DoctoDay - spend a day with your future team and get a first insight into the job as Account Executive
  4. At least one reference check
