We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive (x/f/m) for our Bamberg location full-time. In this role, you will be a central driver of our growth in Germany and play a key role in inspiring doctors to join Doctolib.
Your tasks – How you shape the future with us:
  • Independent sales responsibility: You manage the entire sales process from first contact to successful closing.
  • Revenue & growth: You are responsible for the revenue (MRR) and growth in your region.
  • Customer-focused consulting: You analyze the needs of doctors, understand their challenges, and excite them with our digital solution.
  • Data-driven success measurement: You regularly track your performance with Salesforce and use data for targeted sales strategy.
Your success recipe at Doctolib:
  • Sales is your world: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales (ideally field sales and B2B).
  • Proactive and acquisition: You shine with excellent acquisition and pitching skills.
  • Energy & conviction: You have a high energy level, sell with passion and convince with your confident and professional appearance.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You are results-oriented, highly organized, and maintain focus even in challenging situations.
  • Top-level communication: You can express yourself very well orally and in writing in German (C1 level or higher).
  • Flexibility & mobility: You have a class B driving license and are willing to be on site with customers.
