We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive (x/f/m) for our Bayreuth location on a full-time basis. In this role, you are a key driver of our growth in Germany and play a decisive role in exciting doctors about Doctolib.
Your tasks – How you shape the future with us
  • Independent sales: You manage the entire sales process – from initial contact to successful closure.
  • Revenue & growth: You are responsible for revenue (MRR) and growth in your region.
  • Customer-focused consulting: You analyze doctors' needs, understand their challenges, and excite them with our digital solution.
  • Data-driven success measurement: You regularly track your performance with Salesforce and use data for a targeted sales strategy.
Your success recipe at Doctolib
  • Sales is your world: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales (ideally in field sales and B2B).
  • Proactive and acquisition skills: You shine with excellent acquisition and pitching skills.
  • Energy & persuasiveness: You have a high energy level, sell with passion, and convince with your confident and professional demeanor.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You are results-oriented, highly organized, and maintain focus even in challenging situations.
  • Top-level communication: You can express yourself very well orally and in writing in German (C1 level or higher).
  • Flexibility & mobility: You have a class B driver's license and are willing to be on-site with customers.
