Job description

Big market, perfect timing: You will help digitize the German healthcare market, practice by practice. As an Account Executive (x/f/m) in Hanover you will manage your territory like your own business and bring real value to daily practice life with our AI-supported all-in-one solution.

Responsibilities

You will own the full sales process – from first contact to successful close.
  • You manage the entire sales process from first contact to closing.
  • Revenue & growth: You are responsible for your pipeline, recurring revenue (MRR), relationships and growth in your region.
  • Customer-focused consulting: You analyze doctors' needs, understand their challenges and excite them with our digital solution.
  • Data-driven performance: You regularly track your performance in Salesforce and use data to shape your sales strategy.

Profile

We are looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in field sales and B2B environments.
  • Sales is your world: At least 2–3 years of sales experience (ideally field sales and B2B).
  • Proactivity & acquisition talent: Excellent prospecting and pitching skills.
  • Energy & persuasiveness: High energy level, passionate about selling, and confident, professional presence.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Results-oriented, highly organized and able to stay focused under pressure.
  • Top-level communication: Very good spoken and written German (C1 level or higher).
  • Flexibility & mobility: Your sales activities take place on-site with healthcare professionals. A class B driving licence is required.

Interview process

The interview process is designed to give you and us a clear view of fit and working style.
  • Interview with our Talent Team (remote — 30 minutes).
  • Interview with the Regional Manager / Team Lead (remote — 60 minutes).
  • DoctoDay: Spend a few hours with your future team to get a first impression of the Account Executive role.
  • At least one reference check.

Job details

Permanent position, full-time, based in Hanover. Start date: as soon as possible.
