Job description
Big market, perfect timing: your mission. The German healthcare market is at a decisive turning point — and you will digitize it, practice by practice. As an Account Executive (x/f/m) in Gelsenkirchen you will run your territory like your own business and bring real value to daily practice life with our AI-supported all-in-one solution.
Your responsibilities
- Full sales ownership: You manage the entire sales process — from first contact to successful closing.
- Revenue & growth: You are responsible for your pipeline, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), relationships and growth in your region.
- Customer-centric advising: You analyze physicians' needs, understand their challenges and excite them about our digital solution.
- Data-driven performance: You regularly track your performance in Salesforce and use data to shape your sales strategy.
Your profile
- Sales is your world: You have at least 2–3 years of sales experience (ideally field sales and B2B).
- Proactivity and acquisition talent: You excel at prospecting and pitching.
- Energy & persuasion: You have high energy, sell with passion and present confidently and professionally.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You are results-oriented, highly organized and keep focus when facing challenges.
- Top-level communication: You can express yourself very well in German, both verbally and in writing (C1 level or higher).
- Flexibility & mobility: Your sales work takes place where it matters: on-site with physicians. A valid driving licence (Class B) is required.

Interview process
- Interview with our Talent Team (remote — 30 minutes).
- Interview with the Regional Manager / Team Lead (remote — 60 minutes).
- DoctoDay: Spend a few hours with your future team to gain first-hand insight into the Account Executive role.
- At least one reference check.

- Contract type: Permanent (full-time).
- Workplace: Greater Gelsenkirchen area, office in Düsseldorf.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
