Large market, perfect timing: Your responsibility
The German healthcare market is at a decisive turning point — and you will help digitize it, practice by practice. As an Account Executive (x/f/m) in Essen you will run your territory like your own business and bring real value to day-to-day practice life with our AI-supported all-in-one solution. The opportunity ahead of us is much larger than what we have built so far.
Your responsibilities
- Independent sales: You manage the entire sales process — from first contact to successful closing
- Revenue & growth: You are responsible for your pipeline, recurring revenue (MRR), relationships and growth in your region
- Customer-centric advising: You analyze the needs of physicians, understand their challenges and excite them with our digital solution
- Data-driven performance tracking: You regularly track your performance with Salesforce and use data for a targeted sales strategy
Your profile
- Sales is your world: You have at least 2-3 years of sales experience (ideally field sales and B2B)
- Proactivity and prospecting talent: You excel at prospecting and pitching
- Energy & persuasion: You have a high energy level, sell with passion and convince with a confident and professional presence
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You are result-oriented, highly organized and stay focused under challenges
- Top-level communication: You can communicate very well orally and in writing in German (C1 level or higher)
- Flexibility & mobility: Your sales activity takes place where it matters: directly on site with physicians. A Class B driving license is required
