Job description

Doctolib is looking for an Account Executive to join the team. As an Account Executive you will be part of a field-focused team that simplifies the work of healthcare staff through our solutions and improves healthcare access for everyone. In this role you will be the first point of contact between Doctolib and healthcare facilities (e.g., outpatient clinics, medical centres, healthcare entrepreneurs) and will manage the full sales cycle for Doctolib services.
Key responsibilities
Prospecting:
  • Generate new commercial opportunities by contacting outpatient clinics and medical centres via phone, email and digital channels.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying decision makers, needs, priorities and potential, turning contacts into high-quality meetings.
  • Plan effective follow-ups to move opportunities through the funnel consistently.
Consulting and product demos:
  • Lead online meetings to understand the organisation of the facility and propose the most suitable solution.
  • Deliver personalised Doctolib demos, highlighting concrete benefits for patients and staff and handling questions and objections.
Negotiation and closing:
  • Build and present tailored commercial proposals, driving negotiations to signature.
  • Align internal stakeholders at the customer and coordinate a full handover to the onboarding team for a smooth launch.
Pipeline, metrics and performance:
  • Manage pipeline and activities in the CRM with attention to data quality and next steps.
  • Monitor KPIs and results (activities, conversion rate, win rate, sales cycle length).
Throughout the sales process you will gather feedback from peers and customers to share best practices and suggestions to improve the Sales team activities and contribute to Doctolib's success in Italy.

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a sales role at a SaaS/tech company or selling complex products.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Energy, determination and ambition.

  • Strong results orientation: you understand KPIs and are committed to achieving and exceeding targets.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in or strong interest in the healthcare sector.
  • Good level of English.

Position details

  • Permanent full-time contract.
  • Location: Milan.
  • Start date: June 2026.
  • Hybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
