Large market, perfect timing: Your responsibility
The German healthcare market is at a decisive turning point – and you will digitize it, practice by practice. As an Account Executive (x/f/m) in Darmstadt you will manage your territory like your own business and bring real value to daily practice with our AI-powered all-in-one solution. The opportunity ahead of us is much larger than what we have built so far.

Your responsibilities

You will:
  • End-to-end sales ownership: Manage the full sales process from first contact to successful closing.
  • Revenue & growth: Be responsible for your pipeline, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), relationships and growth in your region.
  • Customer-focused advising: Analyze the needs of doctors, understand their challenges and excite them with our digital solution.
  • Data-driven performance: Track your performance regularly with Salesforce and use data for a focused sales strategy.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has sales as their world: At least 2–3 years of sales experience (ideally field sales and B2B).
  • Is proactive and excellent at prospecting: Strong cold outreach and pitching skills.
  • Has energy & persuasion: High energy level, passionate about selling, and presents professionally and confidently.
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset: Results-oriented, highly organized and able to keep focus under pressure.
  • Communicates at a top level: Very good oral and written German (C1 level or higher).
  • Is flexible & mobile: Your sales activity will take place where it matters: directly on site with doctors. A Class B driving license is required.

Interview process

  • Interview with our Talent Team (remote - 25 minutes)
  • Interview with the Regional Manager (Team Lead) (remote - 60 minutes)
  • DoctoDay: Spend a few hours with your future team and get a first insight into the Account Executive role
  • At least one reference check
