Large market, perfect timing: Your responsibility
The German healthcare market is at a decisive turning point — and you will help digitize it, practice by practice. As an Account Executive (x/f/m) in Berlin you will manage your territory like your own business and bring real value directly into daily practice with our AI-supported all-in-one solution. The opportunity ahead of us is much larger than what we have built so far.
Your responsibilities include:
- Independent sales: You manage the entire sales process — from first contact to successful closing.
- Revenue & growth: You are responsible for your pipeline, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), customer relationships and growth in your region.
- Customer-focused consulting: You analyse the needs of physicians, understand their challenges and excite them with our digital solution.
- Data-driven performance measurement: You regularly track your performance using Salesforce and use data for a targeted sales strategy.
Your profile
- Sales is your world: You have at least 2–3 years of sales experience (ideally in field sales and B2B).
- Proactivity and prospecting talent: You excel at acquisition and pitching.
- Energy & persuasiveness: You have high energy, sell with passion and convince with a confident and professional presence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You are results-oriented, highly organized and maintain focus when faced with challenges.
- Top-level communication: You can communicate very well orally and in writing in German (C1 level or above).
- Flexibility & mobility: Your sales work takes place where it matters — directly on site with healthcare professionals. A class B driving licence is required.

Interview process
The interview process includes:
- Interview with our Talent Team (remote - 25 minutes)
- Interview with the Regional Manager (Team Lead) (remote - 60 minutes)
- DoctoDay: Spend several hours with your future team and get a first insight into the job as an Account Executive
- At least one reference check
