Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for actively selling our Doctolib phone assistant to existing customers, including structured and proactive outreach.
  • You will conduct targeted, empathetic and efficient conversations: you understand needs, identify challenges and present relevant solutions.
  • You will manage the entire sales cycle independently — from first contact through consultation, proposal preparation and objection handling to successful closing.
  • You will work in a highly structured and KPI-oriented way: you track your pipeline, measure your progress, actively use feedback and continuously develop.
  • You will document your activities and results in Salesforce, contributing directly to our revenue growth.
  • You will work closely with Customer Success, Marketing and other teams to optimise the customer experience holistically.

What you bring
  • Enthusiasm for telephone sales and proactive customer outreach — ideally experience in upsell or cross-sell.
  • High intrinsic motivation: you work goal-oriented, enjoy competing on KPIs and remain ambitious even on challenging days.
  • Strong communication skills combined with high empathy: you can build trusting relationships and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Structured and independent way of working: you keep an overview of pipeline, priorities and processes.
  • Willingness to learn and openness to feedback — you want to get a little better every day.
  • Native-level German and good English skills.
  • Interest in digital innovation in healthcare.
Especially interesting for us
  • Initial experience in inside sales, telesales or active account management is a plus — career changers are welcome if they bring drive and a hunger to learn.
  • Completed degree or equivalent training is a plus.

Interview process

  • Initial call with our Talent Partner (30 min): Get to know Doctolib and get an overview of the role and our culture.
  • Technical interview with a Team Lead (45 min): Deepen your experience, show your sales skills and ask questions about team dynamics and ways of working.
  • Personal meeting at the office: Meet your future team, get insights into our daily work and experience the atmosphere at Doctolib.
  • Reference check: At the end we will obtain at least one reference for maximum transparency on both sides.
