About Doctolib

We’re a B Corp company committed to building together the healthcare we all dream of.
More than 2,900 Doctolib employees across France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands help improve the daily lives of care teams with a new generation of technologies and services.
At the same time, Doctolib helps over 90 million patients effectively manage their health and gain quick and easy access to optimal care.

Job description

The Technical Services team is an expert in complex technical challenges encountered during:
  • The Technical Onboarding phase: initial product deployment for our users (configuration, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning)
  • The Technical Support phase: when users encounter technical problems with a product already deployed (diagnosis, root cause analysis, resolution)
By joining the Interoperabilities Technical Support team, you will become a technical reference on integration topics including:
  • Hospital integrations (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
  • Imaging centers & clinics (Enovacom, EDL Xplore, etc.)
  • Private practice connectors (industrialized ad-hoc connectors)
Your mission is to deliver a world-class technical support experience by managing end-to-end customer relationships on technically complex topics. You will bridge our users and our development teams, ensuring every healthcare institution can deploy and use Doctolib under the best conditions.
During your first 6 months, success will be measured by your ability to get up to speed with our technical environment, successfully support your first customers on technical support issues, and manage initial monitoring rounds of the deployed connector base.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Receive and qualify support requests from internal teams (L1 Support, Sales, Account Managers) or external contacts (enterprise clients, vendors, partners)
  • Conduct technical investigations, analyze and find the root cause
  • Provide a direct solution or escalate to our development teams or external vendors/partners
  • Maintain direct follow-up with clients until full resolution
  • Monitor deployed connectors and interfaces using tools like Datadog
  • Detect, alert and resolve interoperability anomalies and incidents
General
  • Hand over newly deployed connectors
  • Contribute to the technical training of our L1 Support teams
  • Help continuously improve the team’s processes and tools

  • Have knowledge of hospital interoperability protocols (HL7, FHIR…)
  • Have knowledge of infrastructure & networks (routing, VPN)
  • Have programming skills (reading source code, scripting, database queries…)
  • Can adapt your communication to different audiences (technical, commercial, practitioners)
It would be great if you also have:
  • Experience in an IT department of a healthcare facility
  • Knowledge of hospital information systems (HIS, RIS, PACS)
  • Experience resolving interoperability problems or incidents
  • Familiarity with Datadog, Elastic, or other monitoring/troubleshooting tools
  • Experience with a product deployed in SaaS mode
