CRM & Marketing Internship / Working Student (w/m/d)

Our goal is to prevent vision loss and ultimately blindness by developing AI software that supports ophthalmologists in therapy planning for their patients. We use AI models trained on thousands of cases and millions of images to individualize therapy and hopefully improve treatment outcomes. The decision support algorithm targets widespread eye diseases such as age-related macular degeneration (AMD, 7.5 million affected in Germany alone).
Responsibilities
You will be part of our sales and marketing team. On one hand, you will strengthen deepeye's presence in European markets by strategically managing one or more channels with content (social media, webinars, publications, brochures, events).
Additionally, you will take on tasks in CRM and support our sales team, such as qualifying and handing over leads in our CRM, maintaining our CRM system, and preparing customer appointments.
Qualifications
You perfectly fit us with the following profile:
Must-haves
- Excellent written German and English (eloquence, grammar, spelling)
- Highly organized, i.e., independently plan and meet deadlines, e.g., for a social media post
- Creativity adapted to the target audience (design & wording)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the startup or healthcare sector, especially with (ophthalmologists)
- Software skills - CRM: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce etc. - Marketing: Canva, LinkedIn, Adobe Suite etc. - GenAI: Gemini, ChatGPT etc. for research and image generation
- Project management: Monday.com, Notion, Asana etc.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment (agile mindset)
Academic background
- Regardless of whether you study business administration/marketing, engineering or technical sciences, medicine, what matters is your interest in the topic and your drive to really make a difference.
- At least 2 years in studies (i.e., Master's or end of Bachelor's)
