- Stay connected to clinician, care team, and patient workflows through research, shadowing, feedback, and data to inform priorities and tradeoffs.
- Work end-to-end across the product development lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, execution, launch, feedback collection, and iteration.
- Operate hands-on when needed (e.g., building reports, refining workflows, making lightweight configuration changes, or solving urgent operational problems).
- Leverage AI in day-to-day work and identify opportunities to apply AI for automation use cases.

- Healthcare fluency: Deep empathy for clinicians, care teams, and patients; comfortable shadowing users and learning how work happens on the ground.
- Hands-on operator: Comfortable moving between strategy and execution in a small-team environment; resourceful and low-ego.
- Communication and collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work across technical, operational, and clinical teams and tailor messaging to different audiences.
- AI and curiosity: Regularly use AI in daily work and enthusiastic about applying AI and emerging tools to improve workflows and care delivery.
- Mission-first: Motivated to improve the healthcare system and aligned with Daymark’s mission to transform cancer care.
