Clinical Operations Manager / Senior Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager or Senior Manager to scale Daymark’s care delivery model across markets and service lines. This role translates strategy into execution across clinical operations, product, and market teams, including launching new markets, improving care delivery workflows, and partnering closely with the VP of Clinical Operations.
The role focuses on diagnosing operational problems, building systems for reliable and scalable care delivery, and ensuring the care model is well-designed, executable, repeatable, and reliable across teams and environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operational Readiness for New Markets and Service Lines.
  • Design and operationalize the infrastructure required for new markets and service lines, including vendor setup, tooling, and operational workflows
  • Translate care model standards into operational workflows, documentation standards, and operational processes ready for launch
  • Support go-live stabilization and capture operational learnings to strengthen future launch playbooks
  • Translate operational design into real-world implementation across teams, systems, and vendors
  • Identify gaps beyond launch readiness and take ownership of solving them
Care Delivery Workflow Design, Improvement & Enablement
  • Translate the care model into scalable operational workflows and ensure they are reflected in the tools and systems teams use daily
  • Drive improvements across care delivery workflows, enrollment operations, and cross-team coordination
  • Diagnose operational friction and implement solutions that strengthen care team reliability and efficiency
  • Partner with Product to embed workflows into documentation, task management, and scheduling systems
Operational Infrastructure
  • Build operational infrastructure that enables consistent execution across markets by driving operational review cadences, ensuring KPI ownership, identifying execution drift, and addressing emerging operational priorities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience
  • Experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations, or care delivery environments
  • Exposure to market launches, implementations, or scaling operations (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong process documentation and workflow design skills
  • Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
Qualities
  • Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguity and create structure
  • Operational Acumen: Detail-oriented and systems-minded, able to balance near-term execution with long-term system building
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working across clinical, operational, and technical domains and operating with influence, not authority
  • Drive to Learn: Ask good questions, spot gaps others miss, and take on expanding responsibility over time

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This role is remote within the Northeast US, with a strong preference for candidates based in Boston, MA, New York, NY, or Providence, RI. Anticipated compensation for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
