Responsibilities

This role is accountable for driving performance, profitability, and brand integrity for a portfolio of ~17 luxury hotels across the Americas. Key responsibilities include:
  • Set financial, operational, and guest experience targets via the Annual Business Plan and provide strategic guidance to meet those goals
  • Act as a brand steward to ensure properties represent Hyatt’s luxury vision and standards
  • Serve as the primary liaison with owners and stakeholders on business strategies, capital planning, and long-term priorities
  • Oversee openings, rebrandings, or transitions to maintain brand representation and operational excellence
  • Mentor and coach General Managers, support career development and succession planning
  • Lead oversight of 10-year capital planning to align investments with performance and brand differentiation

Qualifications

Required:
  • 15+ years of operations leadership across hotels and/or resorts
  • Multi-unit/regional level leadership experience
  • Luxury resort/hotel or retail experience
  • 5+ years as a General Manager with a proven track record
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and sustaining strong owner relationships
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or a related field

Compensation & Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $208,500 - $278,000 and the role is also eligible for an annual bonus. Final pay will depend on experience, skill level, qualifications, and work location and will meet local requirements including minimum wage. Other duties and qualifications may be assigned as necessary.
