Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, utilizing various sourcing techniques, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting is a plus.
