Role — BizOps
Be the connective tissue of the business. You will jump into high-priority projects across operations, strategy, and execution to keep the company moving fast. This role requires a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work across teams to drive measurable impact.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Lead cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency and execution.
- Support strategic planning, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements across teams (ops, product, commercial).
- Coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of high-priority initiatives.
