About the role
You will support the implementation and onboarding process for new clients, facilitating Provider Data Management (PDM) configuration for clients expanding their scope of services. Working closely with the Implementation lead, internal partner teams, and client stakeholders, you will execute standard processes to deliver successful implementations of the CertifyOS PDM product and services, maintain a seamless client journey from contract to go-live, and contribute feedback to improve processes and tooling.
What you’ll do
Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams, and support clients as they complete standard implementation tasks and learn to use the CertifyOS platform. Produce implementation documentation to align clients, perform tactical setup work to ensure timely go-live, and apply creative problem solving and risk mitigation to deliver a reliable client experience.
What you’ll need
Required and preferred qualifications for success in this role are listed below.
- Required
- 5+ years of professional experience overall
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to tailor delivery to different audiences
- Ability to interact and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Ability to give and receive feedback and drive efficiency in the CertifyOS implementation process
- Ability to work US-based hours (EST preferred)
- Preferred
- Strong understanding of provider data management
- Proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
- Experience with Python, SQL, and/or GCP
