Role Overview
This is a part-time, fully remote Operations Analyst role. You will work closely with a team lead to manage day-to-day processing of provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations.
Compensation: $22 - $25 an hour
Responsibilities
- Research, interpret, and evaluate information related to provider licensure and continuing medical education across the United States.
- Complete provider credentialing, licensure, and payor enrollment applications on behalf of Certify customers.
- Authenticate and update provider information in the credentialing and licensing platform, ensuring accuracy.
- Communicate with providers and clients by email when additional information is required.
- Support monitoring and new client implementation projects as needed.
- Summarize research findings and draft clear guideline documents for customers.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as requested.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to conduct large volumes of web-based research (strong Google skills).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
