About the role
As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage day-to-day tasks of processing provider licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to ensure smooth operations. This is a fully remote position.
What you'll do:
- Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States
- Complete applications for provider licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of CertifyOS customers
- Validate and authenticate information updated on the licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy
- Summarize research findings and draft clear, concise guideline documents for CertifyOS customers
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed
What you'll need:
- Fluency in English
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
- Ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
