About the role
As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage day-to-day tasks of processing provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally across teams to ensure smooth operations. This is a fully remote position.
What youll do
- Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States
- Complete applications for provider credentialing, licensure, or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers
- Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing and licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy
- Interact with providers and clients over email when additional information is required
- Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed
- Summarize research findings and draft clear guideline documents for Certify customers
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed
What youll need
- Fluency in English
- Experience in credentialing is required
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
- Ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 a year
