About the role

As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage day-to-day tasks of processing provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally across teams to ensure smooth operations. This is a fully remote position.

What youll do

  • Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States
  • Complete applications for provider credentialing, licensure, or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers
  • Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing and licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy
  • Interact with providers and clients over email when additional information is required
  • Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed
  • Summarize research findings and draft clear guideline documents for Certify customers
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed

What youll need

  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in credentialing is required
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
  • Ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Compensation

$40,000 - $50,000 a year
