About the role

As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners and for existing clients expanding their services. You will work with multiple clients and partner teams to execute the standard process for successful implementation of the CertifyOS product and associated services, helping maintain a seamless client journey from contract execution to go-live.

What you'll do

  • Lead operational workstream components of implementation and onboarding across Credentialing and Monitoring services, managing multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Support clients as they complete standard implementation tasks and learn to use the CertifyOS platform
  • Act as the main liaison between Implementation and Operations teams at CertifyOS
  • Develop a deep understanding of US healthcare provider credentialing, monitoring, and provider data management
  • Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live

What you'll need

  • Required
  • 5+ years of professional experience overall
  • 3+ years in software implementation, project management, strategy and operations, or management consulting
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to tailor delivery to different audiences
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams internally and externally
  • Preferred
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare provider credentialing, monitoring, and provider data management
  • Proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
