About the Role
We are hiring a Director of Product Management to lead Certify's Applications portfolio—the customer-facing product suite built on our core platform, including Credentialing, Monitoring, and Provider Tools. This portfolio represents the majority of company revenue and is central to how customers experience Certify’s value.
This role is strategic and execution-oriented: shape the direction of the applications business, improve product execution across the portfolio, and identify new product investments to unlock growth. The role also leads Applied AI investments to define how AI and agentic systems are used to improve customer workflows, internal operations, and differentiated product experiences.
What You9ll Be Accountable For
Strategy and Execution
- You will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across the Applications portfolio, including Applied AI, Credentialing, Monitoring, and Provider Tools.
- Lead investment trade-offs that accelerate revenue and produce delighted, profitable customers.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to translate strategy into high-quality execution.
Charting the Application Portfolio
- Be accountable for the success of Credentialing, Monitoring, and provider-facing applications.
- Develop next-generation application offerings with sales and business development.
- Embed applied AI throughout the portfolio to increase productivity and accuracy, and prepare for agent-first go-to-market approaches.
Team and Organizational Leadership
- Lead and develop product managers across the applications domain.
- Create leverage through clarity, judgment, prioritization, and strong operating cadence.
- Raise the bar for product thinking, communication, and cross-functional execution; coach PMs to operate effectively across 01 and structured roadmap work.
What We9re Looking For
- Clarity in complex situations and strong product thinking, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Track record of building and mentoring product teams whose members have gone on to accomplish great things.
- Curiosity, experimental mindset, and ability to translate learning into execution.
- Experience with growth-stage startups and familiarity with larger-scale companies; health tech and provider data or credentialing experience is a plus.
- 10+ years in Product Management and 5+ years leading product teams or equivalent founder experience.
