Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into tailored solution proposals.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to align solution concepts.
- Prepare and calculate quotations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Compile and maintain supporting documents such as solution descriptions, technical documentation and contracts.
- Check, process and clarify customer orders.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate project data.
- Support the Pre-Sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks within daily business operations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a technical or business-related degree program with a strong technical interest (e.g., IT Systems Management, Media Technology, Medical Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar).
- At least in the 3rd semester of a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus, or strong willingness to learn.
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken. Additional languages (e.g., French or Spanish) are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills by phone and email.
- High attention to detail and a careful working style.
- Fast learner, responsible, well organized and reliable.
