Voluntary Internship Opportunity - Human Resources (HR Intern) (m/f/d)

Would you like to gain practical experience in Human Resources and learn how HR works in an international company environment? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. You will gain valuable insights into core HR processes and people operations.

What you'll learn and support

  • Onboarding and offboarding processes
  • HR administration and daily operational HR tasks
  • Maintaining and updating employee data in HRIS systems
  • Preparation and handling of employment documents, contract amendments and references
  • Collaboration with IT during onboarding and offboarding
  • Insight into cooperation with the works council
  • Maintenance of HR documentation and internal records
  • Support in employee engagement and internal communications
  • Assistance with daily HR & office management tasks

Requirements

  • Interest in Human Resources, People Operations or Business Administration
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Careful working style and willingness to learn
  • Professional and reliable manner
  • Confidential handling of sensitive information
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good German skills required; English skills are an advantage
