Team Lead Assembly

We are looking for an experienced and committed Team Lead Assembly to strengthen our production team. In this key role you will ensure timely, cost-efficient and high-quality assembly of electronic components. Together with your team and cross-departmental interfaces, you will contribute decisively to delivering products that meet our high quality standards and delight our customers.
As part of a forward-looking organization you will make a direct contribution to operational excellence, team performance and the overall success of Caresyntax regarding delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor daily assembly work with a focus on safety, quality and productivity
  • Develop and implement processes to increase production efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Recommend and implement improvements to equipment, tools and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with operational, safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments and team leaders to ensure smooth coordination of processes

Leadership responsibilities

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of up to 8 employees
  • Motivate, coach and develop the team to achieve high performance and satisfaction levels
  • Responsible for target planning, performance reviews, employee discussions and compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Completed training as a master electrician (media technology) or a comparable qualification, or technician/engineer with a bachelor’s degree in media technology or a comparable field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the assembly of electronic components
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable production or manufacturing environment
  • Solid knowledge of LEAN management, production planning and process optimization
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, database and web systems)
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Structured, quality-oriented and team-oriented personality with strong communication skills
