The VP of Product will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the leadership team. This role will shape the company’s product direction and establish a strong, scalable product organization. The VP of Product will be closely connected to the market and our customers to deeply understand their evolving needs and translate them into meaningful product outcomes. They will champion a data-driven approach to product development, ensuring that decisions are grounded in customer insights, clinical needs, and measurable impact.

The VP of Product will lead the product organization, set foundations for short- and long-term product strategy, and work closely with R&D, the Chief Medical Officer, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Success to advance the product and address the needs of health professionals.

Proven experience as a VP of Product or senior product leader in a high-growth tech environment; experience managing and developing product teams (ideally 2-5 PMs); strong background in data products and data-informed product development; early-stage startup experience and comfort operating with ambiguity and velocity; excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills; strong analytical abilities and structured decision-making; experience in healthcare—especially selling into hospitals—is a strong advantage; fluency in English.
